This is non-dyed organic cotton and comes in its beautiful natural colour. This requires 20 litres less water per cushion compared to coloured dyes and uses zero chemical colorants which would normally end up in our oceans and fresh water sources. Yay! More drinking water, less waste water.

Social Responsibility

By buying organic cotton you are not only contributing to more responsible use of resources, you are also supporting cotton farmers in making themselves more independent of big pesticide and crops companies (double yay!).

Conventionally, farmers are forced to buy new seeds every year as genetically modified seeds are often only growing once.

The cotton for this cushion is produced locally close to the cotton mill and the location where it is sewn. This helps not only reducing transport distances but also helps the local Southern Indian community to grow together.
