Where do you ship to?
We ship to all member states of the EU* and the UK. Unfortunately due to customs restrictions we are currently not shipping to the US.
If you would like to have your products delivered to another country, please feel free to contact us, and we will see if we can make that possible.
[*Please note that we do not ship to areas of EU member states that (1) are not part of the European Union's customs territory or (2) are part of the European Union's customs territory but are considered third countries for value-added tax regulations. Do you ship to DHL Packstations?
Yes! Please make sure to enter your Packstation information correctly during the ordering process. You can find instructions from DHL here.
Please note that shipping to Packstations outside of Germany is not possible when selecting express shipping.
What are the shipping costs for standard shipping?
Shipping to Germany (2-5 working days)
Free shipping for orders over €60.
Below that, shipping costs are €4.99.
Small items eligible for "Warenpost" are shipping for €2.99.
Shipping to other EU countries and the UK (4-8 working days)
Free shipping for orders over €80.
Below that, shipping costs are €9.99.
International shipping
Free shipping* for orders over €120.
Below that, shipping costs* are €19.99.
For orders being shipped to internationally, additional costs for customs and taxes by local authorities, as well as for handling by the shipping service provider, may apply. You may need to cover these costs before your package can be delivered. Please be prepared to ensure a smooth delivery process.
How long does it take to receive my package?
We do our best to ship your package within two working days after you place your order.
Delivery usually takes 2-3 working days within Germany, 3-4 working days to other EU countries, and 4-6 working days to UK, US starting from the day the package is shipped. Saturdays are not counted as working days in this context.
With the shipping confirmation, we will provide you with the tracking number of your package, so you can check the delivery status at any time.
Please note that delivery times may be longer in cases of increased shipping volume (e.g., during the holiday season).
Deliveries to international locations outside of the EU may take longer due to customs clearance. We will prepare the customs documents to ensure a smooth customs clearance process, so you won't have to wait for your package longer than necessary.
Please make sure that the delivery address you provide is accurate. Typos and incomplete addresses are the most common reasons for delivery issues and delays.
Which shipping service provider delivers my package?
We ship with DHL GoGreen within the EU.
For shipments to the US we use FedEx.
What about emissions caused by shipping?
We ship our packages with DHL's GoGreen option for standard shipping, which means that the shipping is climate-neutral. All emissions generated are offset. Unfortunately, this option is not available for express shipping or shipments outside of the EU.
