      FAQ

      Q: Who makes these bowls?
A: I do! I’m Alina, the maker behind every ceramic piece. Each bowl is thrown, trimmed, and glazed by hand in my studio in Wiesbaden.

Q: Are all bowls the same?
A: Nope—and that’s what makes them special. Each one has its own form, flow, and personality.

Q: Can I put it in the dishwasher?
A: I recommend hand washing to preserve the glaze and texture. It’s more gentle—and more mindful. But it is dishwasher safe.

Q: Is this bowl made for matcha only?
A: Not at all. It’s perfect for matcha, but also lovely for small snacks, dips, or whatever moment you want to slow down for.

      Environmental Responsibility

Handmade with love, by me, in my studio. This piece of ceramics has never seen a truck, a boat or an airplane before leaving on its journey to you.

The raw material was sourced from a local store in Germany. In collaboration with another ceramics studio in the area, we share a kiln (oven) to use energy and space as efficiently as possible. That way re are ensuring a careful use of resources. CO2 emissions and energy use could therefore be limited to a minimum.

      Social Responsibility

Supporting the youth education equity project Teach First. Handmade with love by me. Collaboration with a local pottery studio to support local businesses.
