Beautiful Palo Santo with amazing customer care service!!
I’ve been purchasing Palo Santo wood from NoNeedformore for quite some time, and I’ve always appreciated the quality of their products and their commitment to sustainability. Like any natural product, quality can occasionally vary, and I did experience a few batches that weren’t quite up to the usual standard I’d come to love. I shared my concerns in an earlier review, and what truly impressed me was how Alina, the lovely owner, handled the situation. She responded immediately, listened with genuine care, and promptly sent replacements without hesitation. More importantly, I felt that she took my feedback seriously and made a real effort to ensure that the quality I had come to expect was restored. My recent Palo Santo purchases have been lovely again! What makes NoNeedformore special isn’t simply the products, but the person behind the business. Alina is warm, friendly, attentive, helpful and incredibly efficient. She clearly takes pride in what she does and genuinely values her customers. I believe that the true measure of a good business isn’t whether everything is perfect all the time, but how it responds when something isn’t quite right. And in that respect, Alina has absolutely earned my trust and appreciation. It’s refreshing to find a small business that combines quality products, a commitment to sustainability and such personal, thoughtful customer service. I’m very happy to continue supporting NoNeedformore and would wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone looking for quality Palo Santo (and sage) from a business that genuinely cares about its customers.
